Substance Abuse

If you are struggling with addiction, the Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Programs offer a flexible and practical approach to treatment. Through evidence-based therapies and treatment, individuals learn coping skills and tools to address the underlying issues that contribute to addiction while boosting emotional, social, and physical health.

Intensive Outpatient

Provided at a minimum of 9 hours of treatment per week with flexible scheduling between day and evening programs. Clients have the choice of participating fully in person, hybrid, or completely virtual. Clients are supported through education about substance use disorders and engage both in groups and with their individual counselors on strategies for coping and relapse prevention skills, building recovery supports. The program provides physical and psychological symptom management, emotional support, and encouragement. When possible, families are encouraged to be a part of the treatment experience to help build the support required for long-term recovery. Step down to a less intense level of care as clients build on their recovery skills and support is a goal of treatment at this level.

Outpatient

This option for treatment is provided as a step down from the IOP program or as a starting point for those who may benefit from a less structured treatment plan. Services are provided in-person, hybrid or fully virtual based on individual preference.
