Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy A therapy proven to help reduce symptoms related to depression, trauma & PTSD, anxiety, addiction, phobias, and other emotional problems. EMDR directly affects how the brain processes information, releasing emotional experiences trapped in the nervous system.
